A three hour workshop which explores what it means for us to lead a meaningful life. Simply put, this workshop is open to anyone who wants the time to take stock of themselves and what's going on with their lives. We have found that this workshop really works for people who may be questioning where they are going in their personal and professional lives, either because they have come to some sort of crossroads, or they are coming to terms with a significant life change — or simply because they most need some time out to figure out what is important to them. This is an opportunity to take stock, reflect on what is really important, and explore ways of moving forward.

Basics of Breaking Any Habit

Examines behavioral triggers, cognitive loops, and practical strategies needed to break unwanted habit cycles.

A two hour workshop which explores what it takes to break any habit. This workshop is open to anyone who wants to explore the science of habits. We are not doomed by our genes and hardwired to be a certain way for the rest of our life. We will be exploring the necessary knowledge to change any aspect of ourselves.

Relationship Basics

Focuses on essential interpersonal dynamics, boundary-setting, effective communication, and healthy connections.

A two hour workshop on the foundations of healthy relating — how we communicate, where boundaries belong, and the everyday habits that keep connection alive rather than gradually eroding it.

Career Guidance & Direction

2 hours

Helps participants discover personal strengths and navigate career growth to reach their full professional potential.

A two hour workshop which explores where you can be the best you can possibly be. People tend to be attracted to, and have the most satisfaction in, careers that provide them with opportunities to express and use their preferences based on their psychological type. The kind of work a person chooses within a field may relate to that preference again. In thinking and deciding about career choice it is important to take into account other significant factors like interests and skills.

De-Addiction for Life

Explores structured psychological methods to help individuals break free from substance use, abuse and dependence, including alcohol and smoking.

A two hour workshop which explores the various ways of helping yourself come out of substance use, abuse and dependence, which includes smoking and alcohol. This workshop is open to anyone who wants to discover the right way of de-addiction best suited for themselves.
